A prestigious International firm headquartered in London are looking to hire a Funds Finance lawyer between the 1-6PQE to join their team in the City. The firm offer a competitive remuneration package, high-quality and complex work and a mature outlook towards agile working.

The team work closely with both borrowers and lenders on a broad range of fund finance related matters. This will include significant exposure to capital call, general partner and asset backed facilities work. The successful candidate will likely have the ability to lead deals and have experience advising on fund structures and partnership documents. Additionally, the firm do actively encourage their associates to engage in business development and the new joiner will be afforded a large amount of client contact from the outset.

The practice are looking for an individual with at least one year of post-qualification experience within a leading regional or international firm. A strong academic record is also required to be considered for this role.
