Corporate Associate – Tier 1 London – 2-6 PQE

Our Client, a leading City based law firm with a domestic and international focus is looking to add to its numbers with the appointment of a corporate associate.

The Firm

Based in Central London, our client is a full-service City law firm combining great client service with integrity and professionalism.  They represent a variety of clients from individuals, SME’s and household names to multinational organisations spread globally.  Their teams are some of the most well regarded in the country which include; Corporate; Real Estate; Employment; IP; Litigation; and R&I, covering numerous sectors, such as; fashion, financial services, natural resources and media & tech.

The Team

Their Tier 1 ranked Corporate Team are now looking to grow with the appointment of an associate solicitor. They advise on a wide range of corporate transactional and strategic advisory matters, working with clients from entrepreneurs and start-ups to institutional investors, financial advisers and large private and publicly listed companies.  Focus is predominantly in certain industry sector areas such as, technology, financial services, fintech, professional services, natural resources, travel, real estate, fashion and creative industries.   

The Candidate

As the successful candidate for this role you will be between 2 and 6 PQE with wide ranging corporate experience.  You should have a pro-active mindset, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and your willingness to take ownership.  These are attributes that are highly valued and rewarded within the team and the wider firm. There will also be plenty of opportunity to further develop your career by getting involved and being supported in business development initiatives with a view to building deep relationships with clients and other industry participants, as well your interest and knowledge in one or more of our client’s chosen industry sectors.
