Senior Real Estate Paralegal

LAW Absolute are currently working with a leading law firm who are looking for a Senior Real Estate Paralegal on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake the following duties:

• Handle pre and post completion matters
• Carry out Land Registry searches
• Review leases and titles
• Draft several legal documents

The successful candidate must have previous paralegal experience in this area in order to be considered for the role.  Our client is looking for someone with a track record of working within this area of law as you will be required to work as part of a wider team but mainly unsupervised.
