The Role

Because the firm are expanding, they are looking for a Real Estate Solicitor (1-3 years PQE) to join their flourishing Commercial Property team in their prestigious Newbury office.

The Commercial Property team deals with work including acquisition and disposal of varied commercial property portfolios, landlord & tenant issues, development for housebuilders, property finance, planning & environmental work.

You will work on a varied case load that is high net worth and diverse, and work alongside some of the best and forward-thinking Solicitors and Partners in the industry.

You will have an opportunity to business develop for the firm and build a base of estate agents and connections to help make you a Commercial Property success on the South Coast.

This role would suit an ambitious Real Estate Solicitor looking to launch themselves forward in their career.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Real Estate Solicitor 1-3 Years PQE
  • You will have evidence of exceeding billing targets
  • Previous experience in Agricultural & Rural specialism is preferable but not essential
  • You will have excellent communication skills
  • You will be self-sufficient and have a keen interest in business development/marketing
  • You will receive an excellent salary and be a part of one of the best performance-based reward schemes in the South East
