This Magic Circle Law Firm is market leading in numerous areas with their banking and finance and capital markets practices being their focal point. This Firm works in a range of sectors including banks and infrastructure to TMT and energy.

The Role:

This Incentives team is market leading and works with a range of clients including; FTSE companies, banks, and multinationals. You will get the chance to utilise this Firms global reach by working with clients based internationally as well as based domestically.

This role offers a good split of transactional and advisory work. Advisory work includes; advising on renumeration for senior executive hires and terminations, employment tax, global incentives plans, shareholder issues, remunerational regulation and general corporate transactions. Transactional work includes drafting documents and reports for all the above including corporate transactions such as capital raising, mergers and takeovers.

The successful candidate:

The successful candidate for this position as an Incentives Lawyer will be those who are enthusiastic and commercially aware. Those who have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships will do well in this close-knit team.

A strong academic background is required, and the successful candidate will have c. 3+ years PQE. Prior experience of advising on Incentives issues from a UK Law Firm with a reputable Incentives practice is key.
