A thriving regional heavy weight law firm in Birmingham are looking for a corporate lawyer.
The team undertakes a broad mix of corporate transactional work and is extremely well established in the regional and national SME/OMB corporate market.
The role offers a great mix of M&A, reorganisations, shareholder matters, corporate advisory work and business advisory work.
Offering a highly competitive salary, this role is open to a bright and ambitious corporate lawyer with at least 3 years post qualification experience preferably gained at a national, regional or international firm noted for its corporate expertise.
Given the structure of the firm, you will receive a better career progression track than the traditional PQE model, making this a fantastic opportunity for a corporate lawyer looking to take the next step in their career.
