Job Details
We are looking for an exceptional paralegal to work with a small team of high calibre lawyers within a corporate advisory business. As part of a larger diverse group of companies head-officed in the West End, you will be supporting the corporate team, working on NDA's, terms and conditions, corporate transactional work and more general in-house legal work. There is also the possibility of working on some finance matters. The suitable candidate will be ambitious and long term career opportunities are available.
Cultural fit is essential in this environment as the business demands are strong, the quality of legal advice high, yet the atmosphere friendly and mature. You must have a degree from a top university and a around a years' experience from a top City firm or in-house. Ideally your experience will be in corporate law, commercial or finance.
