Junior TV Lawyer for Production Group

Our client is a leading group of production companies now seeking a junior media / TV lawyer to join their growing legal & business affairs team to deliver high quality advice to their production and management teams. 

The key responsibilities of the role include 

• drafting and advising on agreements for the development of programming, including development, talent and format agreements
• drafting and advising on agreements for the production of programming, including commissioning, production and co-production agreements, contributor agreements, presenter agreements, access agreements, location, studio and production services agreements
• advising productions on rights issues, clearance issues and compliance and libel matters, including advising on compliance with the OFCOM Broadcasting Code and broadcaster policies

This role would be suited to a newly qualified  -  2 years PQE solicitor with some background in television or content. Training and mentoring will be provided, this is an excellent opportunity to develop and build a career within the non scripted production world.
