The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Banking and Finance Lawyer into their flourishing, Guildford, Surrey office.

The firm has one of the largest and strongest banking and finance practices in the South outside London. The banking and finance team is a fast-growing and dynamic group consisting of a dozen lawyers carrying out a high quality and varied diet of banking and finance work. The practice includes acquisition/leveraged finance, real estate finance, asset based lending, trade finance, venture debt and corporate cross-over debt products and restructuring. There is a roughly equal split between borrower and lender-side work.

They are one of the few firms outside London who can comfortably manage high value syndicated finance transactions and the smaller value, bilateral deals. They also have significant international reach, with well-established links across the world with tried and tested partner firms who frequently engage them on the English law aspects of banking and finance transactions.

Requirements

• You will be a Banking and Finance Lawyer with between 1-4 years PQE
• You should have first-class communication skills
• You should have a meticulous eye for detail
