Job Details
This entrepreneurial City firm is currently looking to recruit a 2-6PQE Finance Lawyer to focus on FinTech matters. The role will be 50% finance focused, with the remainder made up of commercial and regulatory work.
The position will be predominantly working alongside a leading Legal 500 FinTech partner, concentrating on clients in the alternative investment space.
The successful candidate will enjoy a hands on role, which will also include writing articles and marketing. Culturally the firm offer an excellent culture, including a great work / life balance.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking business minded law firm, that is expanding rapidly and doing very well. The ideal candidate is a banking lawyer, with DCM structured finance experience, who is looking for a new challenge within a growing sector.
