This Magic Circle firm are looking to bring in a talented and aspirational 1-3pqe corporate associate to look after a diverse range of public and private M&A and other more general corporate matters. The work is typically 'big ticket' and international in nature.

There is the opportunity to work across a broad range of transaction types. The team are generally regarded as the pre-eminent corporate team in the City if not globally. The partners are hugely charismatic and supportive and for a lawyer who enjoys challenging, complex work it should provide a hugely enjoyable and rewarding experience and career.

To be considered for this role you will have been practising for a either Top 20 City /US firm in the City. They will also consider a solicitor from a 'Big 6' / top tier Aus / NZ or Irish firm.
