Debt Capital Markets 2+PQE

The DCM team provides expert advice to both issuer, managers, arranger and trustee clients. On the manager/arranger side, they advise all of the main UK banks and numerous sector specific advisers on both large public listed bond issues and private placements. They also advise the firm's wider corporate and property clients as capital markets issuers.

The team is looking for an associate with at least two years' experience of capital markets law, to work on a variety of capital markets matters, with the opportunity to also do some wider banking work.

The ideal candidate will have experience in public listed and privately placed capital markets transactions (both new issuance and on-going liability management), acting for issuers, managers and trustees.

You will have strong academics and have gained at least two years' experience at a City or leading national practice or an equivalent international firm.

This is a rapidly growing team; the culture is non-hierarchical and collaborative.
