Job Details
We are working with an elite City firm that is looking for Financial Services Regulatory associates to join the practice.
The team covers a broad range of work, as associates advise on all aspects of FCA and PRA applications (including applications under MiFID II and AIFMD), the regulatory aspects of transactions, outsourcings, and other regulatory matters under both a contentious and non-contentious framework.
Considering the breadth of work on offer, the team advises a diverse range of clients, from clearing banks, investment banks, and private equity firms to hedge fund managers, e-money issuers, and family offices.
The successful candidate will fall anywhere within the range between newly-qualified to senior associate level. The candidate must have prior Financial Services Regulatory experience gained at a highly-regarded UK firm. Applications are especially welcome from trainees due to qualify in March 2020, and they must have completed a seat in Financial Services.
