Job Details
Our client is a progressive and tech-focussed international firm that is looking for Patent Litigation associates to join the highly-regarded team in London.
While the role is almost entirely contentious, the team may tailor the workload for a candidate that has some non-contentious patents experience as well. The contentious aspect of the work revolves around High Court patent litigation within the life sciences, technology, and engineering sectors. Non-contentious patent work includes drafting agreements, regulatory advice, and corporate support.
The firm strongly promotes the notion of a work-life balance, so this is the perfect opportunity for a candidate looking to work more manageable and less strenuous hours while not compromising on the quality of work.
The successful candidate will be newly-qualified up to 5 years of PQE. The candidate must have prior contentious Patents experience gained at renowned firm in London or any other regional hub.
