The Role

The firm are looking to hire an Employment Solicitor or Senior Solicitor into their Cambridge office

The Employment department is highly regarded nationally, and there is a significant commitment from the business to develop this offering into the Cambridgeshire & East Anglia region.

The team is currently flourishing and has been steadily growing over the last 24 months, with plans to continue to develop in line with increased workflow. It is a vibrant and hard-working team, their achievements over the last 5 years are outstanding

This will be a varied role with an active and high-quality caseload where responsibilities will include: Discrimination, Redundancy, Restrictive covenants, Employment litigation, Wrongful and unfair dismissal and General employment issues

Requirements:

• You will be an ambitious Employment Solicitor with 4 years PQE +
• (There is no upper limit in PQE)
• You will be technically strong and have a meticulous eye for detail
• Strong communication skills are essential
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE
