The practice is multi-service, but they are particularly well-known for their wealth management services and offer a refreshing alternative to the larger, more conventional business law firms.

The Role

The firm is seeking to recruit Agricultural and Residential Property Senior Associate 4 - 6 + PQE into their Cheltenham, Gloucestershire office.


The Construction and Real Estate departments lies at the heart of the firm, they are Top Tier in the Legal 500. The department deals with a wide range of work including investment, development, focus on healthcare, retail, leisure and corporate occupier. However, they have a strong agricultural team which sits between these two sections.

You will deal with an excellent quality of work; the varied nature of the caseload will make for a more interesting role. The caseload will include estate planning and succession, rural businesses and landed estates, private property and tax.

Requirements

  • You will be an Agricultural and Residential Property Senior Associate 4 - 6 + PQE
  • You will have good technical knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills are essential
  • Salary is very competitive, and above market rate, you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
