Residential Property Lawyer
2 to 4 years PQE
Canterbury
Excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level residential property solicitor to join our client, a leading law firm in Kent and the South East region.
As a Solicitor, you will be working on a demanding and varied caseload including :
- Sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties
- New build purchases from developers
- Ownership transfers
- Lease extension and re-mortgages.
You will be working in a supportive team environment but also with full autonomy to develop your own specialisms and client base.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in handling residential property transactions. You must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritise your workload.
