Corporate Solicitor / Associate Job in Bath - Top 100 Law Firm
Your new company
You will be joining a top 100 firm that offers city-level quality advice, from the beautiful city of Bath. You will work within a friendly and down to earth team who have a great reputation within the market. Your role will involve advising regional, national and international businesses on a full spectrum of corporate matters; the firm have a particular sector focus in the financial services, health and social care, tech and innovation sectors; their clients include household brands and significant regional and national corporates. You would advise on the full spectrum of corporate matters with a particular focus on working with business owners with an entrepreneurial mindset and supporting them in achieving their businesses' potential.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an ambitious Corporate Finance Lawyer who is looking to join a highly regarded Corporate team. You should be a qualified 0-6 PQE solicitor with the ambition, attitude and aptitude to become and develop into a top class transactional lawyer. Ideally you will have experience in corporate finance, share sales and acquisitions, reorganisation and restructuring.
