A leading regional practice in Birmingham are recruiting for a specialist Intellectual Property Lawyer.
The team covers the full remit of IP law including both contentious and non-contentious matters and so the role would suit someone looking to undertake a varied role or to focus on either contentious or non-contentious work.
The role will include working on all aspects of IP law advising a great mix of clients including many household name brands across a range of core sectors; drinks, hospitality and leisure, food, care, retail, charities, energy, transport and logistics.
Offering a highly competitive salary, this role is open to Intellectual Property lawyers with at least 2 years post qualification experience preferably gained at a national, regional or international firm noted for its IP expertise.
