This well liked City and international law firm have an excellent new opportunity for a further Associate to join their high-performing London Corporate team, advising local and international clients on a diverse range of matters. Their team focusses particularly on advising companies (and their directors and shareholders) and financial institutions on corporate finance transactions, including private and pre-IPO placements, IPOs (Official List as well as AIM), secondary issues (debt and equity), takeovers (including schemes of arrangement) and other related matters (such as reductions of capital, de-mergers and acquisitions/disposals by quoted companies). They act across a variety of industry sectors, with real estate and IP rich businesses being especially prominent. Applicants will need to have high-level Corporate and/or ECM experience, ideally gained within a London or major UK regional practice, as well as strong academics.
