Job Details
We have been instructed on a role within the Competition Litigation team of a highly-regarded US boutique disputes firm in London.
The team works on some of the most high-profile, complex and multijurisdictional contentious matters in the market, particularly in the context of commercial litigation.
Associates advise on proceedings before the UK High Court, but given the extensive international scope of the work, the team has an outreach as far as the US Federal District Courts. The team advises a wide range of clients, including logistics companies, energy giants, banks, retail industries and technology corporations in litigation relating to technology, corporate, financial services, asset recovery and insolvency.
The successful candidate will have between 2 and 4 years of PQE, and they ought to have prior commercial litigation experience at a leading firm in London or any other regional hub.
