Job Details
Our client is an innovative and diverse financial services business with a growing office in Cheltenham. A vacancy has arisen for a commercially minded lawyer to join the close knit and proactive legal team working on a broad range of matters from commercial contracts and general advisory work to more specific prime brokerage and derivatives documentation.
You will be a team player with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders in a number of locations as well as being keen to take responsibility for driving projects forward. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ relevant contracts experience. Previous exposure to financial services documentation will benefit your application but most important is that you are able to learn quickly and keen to roll your sleeves up and get stuck into a variety of work. Applicants currently working for a law firm or in-house will be equally considered.
