THE ROLE

Our client is seeking a Solicitor to join their new Medical Technology Group.

The role will involve undertaking a range of transactions for predominantly private sector clients including mergers and acquisitions, collaborations and joint ventures, innovative financing models, the supply of devices and consumables
and the supply of software, consultancy and data analysis services.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a driven and dynamic market leading firm.

THE CANDIDATE

The successful candidate is likely to have:

• a Corporate, Commercial and/or Finance legal background;
• significant experience of working with a range of private sector clients (healthcare is not essential/required);
• a genuine interest in growing business from existing clients as well as targeting and attracting new clients; and
• good interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate at interview that he or she is commercially minded, highly organised and able to work effectively in teams.
