Capital Markets Specialist Role – International Firm in London – Mid-Level Associates

We are working with an international firm in London looking for a mid-level candidate for a specialist Capital Markets role.

The work primarily involves Equity Capital Markets transactions for leading companies both public and privately listed, and does include a strong component of cross-border transactions.  There will also be elements of M&A work for the candidates to be involved in.

Candidates should have between three to five years of post-qualification experience, ideally working on ECM matters, although candidates who have primarily worked on M&A transactions with some exposure to capital markets are also welcome to apply.

This role is suited to entrepreneurial types as the firm encourages their lawyers to take part in business development, and to become involved in developing their own network and relationships within the corporate space.

There are also strong opportunities for career advancement within the team so this is an excellent move for candidates at the mid level who are looking for those progression opportunities in their next role, which may not be available to them at their current firm.
