Job Details

Excellent opportunity for a UK admitted junior corporate lawyer at the 2 - 3 PQE level to join the BVI office of this global offshore firm and work alongside a respected and supportive corporate partner. The work is broad-ranging and will include capital markets work (both equity and debt), mergers and acquisitions and complex corporate restructuring.
