Due to growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and commercially-minded individual (NQ+) to join their Contentious Private Client team based in Wiltshire. This contentious trusts team is a part of the wider dispute resolution team which is top-tier rated within the legal directories outside of London and represents an exciting step-up for the right person considering a career move.

The team frequently advise private banks; trust companies; and high-net-worth individuals on a broad range of disputes including;

• Breach of trust and directions claims;
• Court of protection disputes;
• Challenges to will validity
• Executor claims
• 1975 Act claims;
• Professional Negligence
• Beneficiary disputes
• Asset tracing;
• Undue Influence matters.

We would like to speak with individuals who can demonstrate a consistently strong academic record and genuine appetite for business development. You will have trained with a recognised regional or city firm and have completed a minimum of one seat (6 months) within dispute resolution - preferably with some contentious probate exposure.

Core skills required: Clear Communication; Time management; Research/Analysis; Teamwork; Working under pressure; Client engagement; and, Business development.
