Residential Property - Senior Associate / Partner, Bristol

New! - our client are a leading Legal 100 firm with an impressive reputation for all residential property-related matters. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Residential Property Solicitor / Partner to join the team based in the South-West and play a key role in the future development and expansion of this growing residential property practice. 

We would like to speak with a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive who might be seeking a step-up in career and can demonstrate an ability to handle a busy caseload whilst actively developing new business. You will ideally have a track record of generating £200k+ per annum with the ability and ambition to increase this year-on-year.

Commercial awareness and commercial acumen are essential in this role.

We are looking for a highly motivated senior individual who is looking to generate new leads, clients and referrals for the team and really make a name in the local market and beyond. In the past, the team have also been referred commercial and development work on an ad-hoc basis. You will have a genuine appetite for business development and enjoy being client-facing.

This role would suit a Senior Associate or Partner, looking for a step-up with management responsibility. The team is comprised of three support staff and the ideal individual will have oversight of the team workflow to ensure a cohesive and collaborative culture for successful outcomes.
