Commercial Property Partner - Lincoln

One of Lincolnshires leading commercial law firms are looking to recruit a senior lawyer to their commercial property team
The successful candidate will be joining a team with a top rate reputation throughout the region. The lawyers within the team handle a caseload of matters ranging from acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, development, and landlord and tenant matters.
In addition to the fee earning side of things for existing clients the successful candidate will be expected to play a key role in the development of the department in Lincolnshire by getting involved in the business development activities of the department alongside the current partners, BD and marketing team. You will be ambitious to network and contribute to the continued success and development of the team.
The firm sees commercial property as an area with significant potential for growth and so they are looking to bring on board a senior figure to help them achieve this.
Due to the senior level of the position the successful candidate will be several years PQE and will ideally have experience in leading or supervising a small team as part of their previous or current role.
The salary for this role would be based on experience but will be competitive and as part of a good package including a generous pension, private healthcare, free parking and much more.
