A leading and highly valued technology business is seeking an in-house Legal Counsel to join their London based team, to focus on UK and European work.

Job Specification

As the appointed legal counsel, you will be joining an expanding legal team, taking responsibility for the following:

  • European and German business matters
  • A variety of commercial agreements in a buzzing environment
  • Broad exposure to different areas of law within a growing company
  • Data privacy and technology law
  • Legal oversight on new product development

Candidate Requirements

The ideal technology legal counsel will have:

  • Fluency in German (this is an essential)
  • Ideally exposure to German and European law, German qualified a plus
  • Strong academics and training
  • Strong commercial legal skills
