Job Details
The Company:
- A well regarded not for profit, with an investment angle rather than public donations
The Role:
- A strategic Deputy General Counsel role
- Managing a senior legal counsel and legal counsel
- A variety of Corporate and Commercial advisory work
- Managing stakeholders up to a senior level and working with the General Counsel
The Individual:
- Management experience preferable
- Good academics and private practice training and in-house transactional experience
- Not for profit experience would be advantageous
