We have partnered with one of the largest multi-faceted services firms in the world. Considered a “disruptor” in the legal space, the organisation now has an opportunity for a a commercial/IP lawyer to join its highly regarded legal team, based in central London.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, providing commercial advice but also specific advice relating to IP. The IP work is likely to be largely non-contentious and will include drafting IP agreements and assessing IP ownership matters. You will also play a key role in advising clients on global group reorganisations and providing the necessary legal support to the reorganisations, including global management of IP.

About You

This opportunity will be well-suited to a commercial lawyer with good knowledge of IP, excellent knowledge of corporate structures and strong organisational skills. Experience working with large, global companies on commercial and IP matters would be well-utilised. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial/IP lawyer to work with an international organisation and have access to a diverse range of clients yet have more exposure and work closely with clients. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to operate in a highly commercial manner is essential.
