Senior Corporate Associate or Partner

Our highly regarded client are looking to recruit a Senior Associate / Partner to join their Corporate Team, to be based in their London office. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience working for a dynamic team within a top ranked firm.

The Corporate Team acts for high quality clients across a range of sectors, increasingly with an international element. Typical clients will range from entrepreneurs through to quoted companies, and provides a full spectrum of corporate advisory services, including M&A, restructuring, joint ventures, investment, capital markets and corporate recovery. 

The successful candidate should have strong M&A experience, ideally gained with entrepreneurial businesses. You will be responsible for assisting the existing team members with servicing their clients and continuing the development and growth of the team. As a senior member of our team, you will have strong delegating skills and enjoy supervising and developing junior members of the team, allowing you to take on high levels of responsibility and lead transactions with the team partners.
