This Top 100 practice in their newly established London office are looking for Construction Partner who wants an opportunity to lead the Construction practice working with the highest calibre of clients.

This firm have made a number of key Partner hires from Top 50 practice and are due to reach the Top 50 in the near future. You will be part of growing practice that's turnover has increased annually 30% for the last 5 years!

This firm undertakes a large amount of domestic as well as international cross-boarder matters. The Role:

This is a brilliant opportunity to be Construction Partner in a their newly established City of London office.

The department work focus on the Construction, Energy and Infrastructure, sectors. You will get a large amount of autonomy and responsibility in the role whilst being the Partner & Heading the department.

As the successful hire you will be advising on very high value, complex disputes in the UK and Worldwide as well as handling discrete legal issues for large international organisations and high profile clients.

You will need to have a thorough understanding of all the major forms of contract including JCT, NEC and FIDIC and all forms of dispute resolution at an international level including arbitration, litigation and adjudication.

Requirements

  • You must be as a Construction Partner 7 years PQE+.
  • Experience within a recognised Construction practice handling complex work.
  • Keen to do business development and able to building lasting relationships with clients, colleagues and support staff.
  • You should be ambitious and wanting to progress your career with a top firm.
  • Remuneration is well above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent bonus structure and benefits package.
