Construction Partner

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Construction Partner to join a forward-thinking Birmingham law firm with ambitious growth plans. This role will be a key hire for them as they look to expand both in Birmingham and on a national basis.

The Construction team work on some really diverse projects and disputes. Their work includes procurement and funding, negotiating development and lease agreements and resolving disputes and negligence issues. Alongside a very strong legal team they also have property and building experts and ADR experts to offer a full service to their clients.

This role will be a figurehead role for the Birmingham office and you will drive the Construction offering in Birmingham. You will work with the national team as well as the existing Birmingham commercial teams to service existing work and clients as well as winning new business and developing new relationships.
