Job Details
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of law firm experience representing banks, non-banks, lenders, borrowers, private equity sponsors, private companies, impact lenders and companies in a broad range of domestic and international finance transactions, including: working capital lines; letter of credit facilities, acquisition finance; senior secured, mezzanine and subordinated debt transactions; loan workouts and restructurings; impact (socially responsible) lending transactions and other related transactions. Candidates with leveraged finance experience, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitions (industry-agnostic), are preferred, but candidates with other debt finance experience will be considered.
A strong work ethic and action-oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility for client matters will add to your success on the team. Strong academic credentials in law coursework at a top-tier law school are highly valued.
Relocation offered for those based in Australia, or other common law jurisdictions.
