OUR CLIENT
We have an exceptional opportunity for a Corporate/Commericl solicitor 2 - 5 PQE to join an ambitious and fast growing tech business
THE ROLE
As a key member of an in house legal function the post holder will be expected to manage a mainly corporate business facing workload advising on strategic and legal matters :-
Corporate - M & A work
Legal support in relation to business development,
Assist with corporate governance, compliance and risk management matters
Provide advice on M&A/Competition related activities
There will also be an opportunity to handle more general commercial /technology/contacts work
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this unique role , applicants must be able to demonstrate sound technical skills, ideally with some in house experience within a commercial / technology environment.
Individuals with corporate experience looking to broaden their skills in house would be of particular interest
