Paralegal/Trainee Solicitor - Financial Services - Kent
An hard working and motivated Paralegal, compliance or governance professional is sought by a leading Financial Services company, with a rare opportunity to become a qualified solicitor. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a team of highly qualified lawyers and to gain exposure to a genuinely broad mix of legal work.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the legal team advising on commercial and IT contracts, IP, litigation, real estate, corporate, finance and capital markets, and M&A.
- Effectively identifying, mitigating and reporting potential legal risk in the course of giving advice.
Skills required:
- 1-year Paralegal, governance or compliance experience required.
- LPC preferential but not essential
- Some financial services experience
- Excellent communication skills
