NEW with a multi-national firm: the large influx of quality corporate work, together with the massive expansion of this ambitious Global superstar firm, has allowed this rare role to come about in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for a Western junior lawyer already based in the KSA or looking to make that shift to the Kingdom. The work is straight M&A corporate, but other finance work may come into play .. a banking background is also useful. Again, it is preferable that you are already 'in' the Kingdom and have a good footing on the ground, both personally and business-wise, but not an absolute necessity - good grounding in corporate work from a solid UK or US practice is enough, plus the want and desire to live in the KSA and work for a top firm.
