The Role:

Your role as a Corporate Lawyer provides the opportunity to advise on a variety of transactions including; regulatory matters, public and private M&A, joint ventures, private equity and securities offerings. This role offers the chance to work with a high level of international clients on complex cross-boarder transactions. Join a leading team and contribute to its continued development.

A large part of this role will be business development where you will be able to promote the Firm as well as yourself to both current and future clients alike.

The successful candidate:

The successful candidate for this position as Corporate Lawyer will be those who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment that is intellectually stimulating. A confident and ambitious individual will succeed within this team.

A strong academic background is required, and the successful candidate will have 2-3 years PQE. Prior experience of advising on transactional matters as well as prior regulatory work is key to success. The successful candidate will have gained this experience from reputable UK Law Firm.
