A rare opportunity for an in-house corporate lawyer has arisen within a global services business based in Cheshire and within commuting distance of both Liverpool and Manchester. Reporting to the General Counsel you will provide support to regions of the business looking to set up new entities.

The Role:

- Legal lead on global entity rationalisation
- Management of external lawyers
- Responsibility for registering overseas subsidiaries
- Assisting with group compliance
- Managing and advising the business on initial stages of litigation
- Company secretarial matters

You:

- A qualified lawyer with at least 8 years PQE
- Experience of dealing with complex international business structures
- Ideally previous in-house experience
