Our client is an international firm with a strong national presence, and it is looking to welcome Employment associates into the team in the Leeds office.
The team advises on a full range of employment law matters, addressing contentious, advisory and transactional aspects in the process. Associates advise clients on cases in the Employment Appeal Tribunal and the Court of Appeal. The team also advises on executive terminations, whistleblowing, contractual disputes, TUPE and discrimination issues. There is a particular focus on contentious matters in this role
Given the breadth of work on offer, the team works with a widely diverse range of clients, many of which are from the FTSE100. The firm places an emphasis on client maintenance and interaction in this particular role, which is ideal for a candidate that is looking to bolster their professional and business development opportunities.
Applications are welcome from candidates that are newly-qualified up to 3 years of post-qualified experience. At the NQ level, the candidate must have completed an Employment seat during their training contract. More generally, the candidate ought to have prior Employment experience gained at a highly-regarded UK firm in London, Leeds or any other regional hub.
