Job Details

Our client is UK Headquartered Fintech focussed on implementing their innovative technology into buy and sell side financial institutions. They are looking for a junior/mid-level lawyer – with a strong corporate background and experience or interest in tech/finance to join them on an initial interim basis - with permanent opportunity behind it. You will be reporting into the General Counsel and sit alongside the wider team and business assisting them on a combination of investment transactions and M&A work, drafting and negotiating commercial/technology contracts, and advising stakeholders and clients on new disruptive business models.

To be considered for this role, you must be a minimum of 5PQE, be UK qualified and you will have received top city law firm training. Although not essential, in-house experience - particularly in; Fintech’s, financial services or technology companies - is valuable.
