The Role
The firm are seeking to hire a commercially minded Family Solicitor to join their well-established Cambridge Office
Although there is an active caseload ready for you to take on, you will be responsible for further building or developing your own client base and reputation in the region, adopting the firm's ethos and working alongside others to build the brand further ensuring future success of this specialist boutique.
Therefore, you must be client facing and energetic with a passion for Family Law, hungry to progress in one of the most existing firms in the region.
Requirements
- You will be a Family Solicitor with 2 years PQE +
- Experience of managing and mentoring more junior colleagues is advantageous
- You should have first-class communication, outstanding business development skills and an entrepreneurial flair
- Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your experience - you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
