The Role
The firm is seeking to hire a Corporate Solicitor into their Cheltenham, Gloucestershire office.
Corporate is one of the firms busiest and fastest growing departments, the team in Leicester is thriving. You will work alongside a highly experienced team dealing with a top-quality caseload.
The work will be varied, and client base is varied and includes names such as Aldi, Vodafone, and many other well-known household names. It will include; M&A. Private equity, Joint ventures, Restructuring and Commercial contracts.
Requirements
- You will be a Corporate Solicitor 5+ years PQE (there is no upper limit)
- You should have a strong technical knowledge
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships is key
- Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent bonus structure.
