ABU DHABI - COMMERCIAL IT / IP LAWYER - 2-4 PQE

This major UK and international law firm have an excellent new opportunity for an Associate to join their thriving Commercial TMT practice in Abu Dhabi. The position will entail involvement in a variety of high-end regional TMT matters with a primary focus on drafting/negotiating major supply and service agreements, as well as other technology-based and related third party agreements. Applicants should ideally be UK or Commonwealth qualified lawyers and have trained and gained relevant experience within a recognised commercial practice and/or in-house legal team. To succeed in this role you'll also need a highly commercial and entrepreneurial outlook, with a "can do" attitude and a strong interest in the Tech and Creative sectors. Arabic langage skills and local market experience, while beneficial, are not essential. This busy and growing practice offers excellent future prospects for career advancement.
