The Role:
The Corporate group are well regarded for their work across a variety of clients in Financial Services, Sports, Consumer, Retail and Healthcare Sector.
You will work on buyouts and ins, strategic M&A, joint ventures and VC funding matters. As well as assisting across the wider Private Equity group.

The Requirements:
- You will have at least 6 months experience in a well-respected corporate firm in your training contract.
- You will be due to be commonwealth qualified in March 2020 in either England & Wales or Scotland.
- The firm will consider applicants in law firms regionally.
- You will have strong academics, with a minimum 2.1 (or equivalent) from a top university.
