The Role

The firm is seeking to recruit Corporate Tax Associate 3 - 7 + years PQE with no upper limit, to join their thriving London firm.

The Corporate/Corporate Tax department lies at the heart of the firm, they are Top Tier in the Legal 500. The department deals with a wide range of business sectors but with an emphasis on energy, leisure, aviation and hospitality. Core non-contentious legal services include advising on all forms of public & private M&A, IPOs, private equity, third party investment and offers of securities.

You will deal with an excellent quality of work; the varied nature of the caseload will make for a more interesting role; this will include both Contentious and Non-Contentious work. Typically, most Lawyers at some stage specialise in one or the other, but the firm believe the mix of experience gives Lawyers a good grounding at the mid-level.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Tax Lawyer 3 - 7+ years PQE, as the firm are looking to hire into all levels due to substantial growth plans.
• If you come from either background, contentious or non-contentious, do apply as the department will be able to work around your strengths
• You will have good technical knowledge
• Excellent communication skills are essential
