Job Details
We are keen to speak with NQ/junior corporate lawyers seeking quality work and a new challenge overseas.
The low tax in this jurisdiction coupled with lower living costs than London means this can be a good move financially, but perhaps more important are the reasonable working hours and enjoyable lifestyle.
The corporate work at the firm involves general corporate advice as well as major deals such as M&As for a client base of international banks, funds and trust companies as well as mid-sized corporates. The structuring, advice and management of real estate funds will also be an interesting and key part of the role although experience in this area is not essential.
Applicants for this position should ideally have recently qualified or coming up to qualification and be working at a London or top-tier national practice. Corporate law experience during your training contract or post-qualification is essential.
The firm offers a London-level salary with only 20% income tax and full benefits package.
