Job Details
We are seeking a junior or mid-level lawyer to join a leading practice offshore. Working in a fantastic location, you will get the opportunity to work on a broad range of non-contentious matters, with a focus on major corporate/M&A deals, as well as some funds, finance, financial services. Experience in these practice areas mentioned is not needed, save for solid experience in corporate/M&A. Indeed, of more importance is the enthusiasm and ability to work on a broad position acting for a client base of high-end banks, corporates and individuals. There will be opportunity to specialise as you progress and, importantly, every opportunity to move your career forward within the firm.
To be considered for this position you will be working in a rated London, regional or offshore law firm.
A London-level salary is offered, at 20% tax, together with a full benefits and relocation package.
