Job Details
Our client is looking for an In-house Legal Counsel to come in and join their growing company. The key to the role will be dealing with the day to day legal matters faced by the business. A candidate with a background with skills and experience in company commercial and commercial contract law is required.Based in Brighton, the successful candidate will be dealing with legal issues including:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of complex commercial contracts
- Data protection, regulatory, compliance, anti-bribery and other similar legal matters
- Other general company commercial and corporate legal matters
- Other exposure to important and complex transactional work will be provided as the role develops
